A iconic landmark along the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) since the 1970s, Normanton Park was formally home to military commanders and officers, fostering camaraderie and bonding families. Perched atop undulating grounds of Kent Ridge Park, Normanton Park is set to continue as a distinctive feature of the southern skyline. All residential towers are elevated 19 metres above ground level to maximise views of the city, lush surronding greenery and seascape.
Looking ahead, Normanton Park all set to be the gateway to the greater southern waterfront.
